This isn’t generic gym work—it’s performance training designed to make you faster, stronger, and more agile where it matters most. We’ll sharpen your change of direction, boost your raw power, and condition your body to move like the well-tuned machine it was built to be. We start with a 1-on-1 performance consultation (in-person or virtual) to break down your current skill level, goals, and any limitations. Then, using both cutting-edge sports science and the hard-earned insight that comes from competing at the collegiate level, I’ll design a plan that’s as tailored as it is challenging. With a background in NCAA basketball and certification as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA, this program is specifically designed by Craig Hounam who has helped athletes across sports push past plateaus and unlock their full potential. Every drill, lift, and session in this program is intentional—engineered to deliver game-ready results.
