Designed to enhance explosive power, raw strength, and sharp change of direction, it’s a complete system tailored to help you perform like a well-oiled machine—fast, strong, and agile. We kick things off with a 1-on-1 consultation to get a full understanding of your current performance level, goals, and any limitations. From there, your personalized training plan is crafted by coaches who’ve walked the walk—myself included. With a background in collegiate basketball and certification as a CSCS through the NSCA, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of athletes and apply proven performance strategies in real-world settings. This program blends the latest in sports science with practical insight from former collegiate athletes. Every rep, drill, and session is designed with intention—to help you build a body that performs when it counts.
