Once upon a time, you could run faster, jump higher, and push harder. Life happened—but your athletic side is still in there, waiting to make a comeback. Back in the Game is an 8-week, beginner-friendly strength program built for people who used to be active and are ready to feel strong, capable, and confident again. We start with a 1-on-1 in-person or video consultation to learn where you’ve been, where you are now, and where you want to go. From there, your trainer will create a plan that meets you at your current fitness level—while pushing you toward the performance you remember (and beyond). With weekly check-ins, we’ll track your progress, refine your technique, and keep your motivation high. This is your chance to hit personal milestones again—like nailing your first pull-up, rebuilding stability and balance, or developing the core strength that powers everything you do. Need a boost along the way? Our trainers are just a call or video chat away for extra support and real-time problem solving. It’s not about going back—it’s about coming back stronger. Let’s rebuild your foundation, reawaken your strength, and get you back in the game.
