Strong For Life is a year long program designed for adults 50+ who want to move better, stay strong, and feel confident at every stage of life. This isn’t about chasing the heaviest lift—it’s about building a body that supports the things you love to do, whether that’s hiking or skiing with friends, keeping up with kids or grandkids, or simply feeling steady and capable in daily life. What You Get: - A thoughtful, tailored program that uses a mix of strength training, mobility work, and joint-friendly prehab/rehab exercises to help prevent injury, improve balance, and keep you moving with ease - Twice a week private coaching call or in-person visit to guide that week's workouts and check in on progress - Direct access via text throughout the week during normal business hours for quick answers and encouragement, and to review form and make adjustments to keep you progressing safely We focus on the things that matter most—maintaining muscle mass, improving bone density, protecting your joints, and boosting energy—so you can live life fully for decades to come.
